Brent crude trading at $89.53/bbl

Crude oil futures declined 1.49 per cent to Rs7,022 per barrel as participants trimmed their positions on low demand. On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for November delivery fell Rs106 or 1.49 per cent to Rs7,022 per barrel with a business volume of 4,349 lots. Globally, West Texas Intermediate crude oil was trading at $84.09 per barrel, while Brent crude was trading down 1.34 per cent to $89.53 per barrel in New York.
